Salim was abandoned by his parents and had suffered neglect and physical and emotional abuse at the hands of family members. When we found Salim he was extremely malnourished. He was living with his grandmother and 5 others in a mud house with a leaky roof. Salim, his siblings and cousins slept in the same room with their goats and chickens. His grandmother requested that Each1Feed1 take Salim. Since moving to to our campus, Salim has flourished. His favorite subjects are social studies and reading. He also enjoys swimming and playing soccer. One day he’d like to be President.
