Did you know Each One Feed One has been spreading the Goods News of Christ and providing a place of healing, education and nourishment for 30 years? The Lord called Rev. Cal and Linda McCarter to this work a generation ago and we are so blessed and grateful that His calling continues today.
Today, there are 130 children in Tharaka, Kenya attending the Mama Linda Excellent Academy and we need your help to make sure God’s work continues in the children. Since opening the school, 1,000s of children have received the Good News and an education at Excellent Academy.
We have 45-50 children that live with us but in addition to these kids, there are 80-85 children who live in the community and attend Excellent Academy, most of which are unable to pay for school. Instead of turning them away, we provide education and food for these children through child sponsorships.
Alex has been sponsored by Each1 Feed1 for several years. His mother and father both passed away when he was in elementary school and the situation Alex faced was hopeless as he had no school fees, no food, and no way to support his brothers and sisters. However, Each1 Feed1 came to his rescue and Alex is now in his final year in teacher’s college well on his way to becoming a certified teacher. Once Alex graduates he will have the income to support his younger siblings. This is what child sponsorship is all about!
