Rosemary’s mother abandoned her and her father drowned. However, she is now a bright, happy little girl. Rosemary loves Mama Linda’s and her favorite thing about school is her teacher. She started boarding at EOFO in January 2016 after her home situation declined due to neglect by her family. Rosemary and her brother, Bernard have adjusted well to the love and care they are receiving at EOFO.
